Business plan
The articles of association of Groningen Seaports N.V. require the executive team to prepare a five-year business plan each year. After it has been adopted by the Supervisory Board, the business plan is submitted to the shareholder for adoption.
On 7 November 2024, the Supervisory Board approved the Business plan 2025-2029. In this plan, the executive teams presents the strategic business plan for the 2025-2029 period and the long-term financial plan for 2025-2029 for adoption by the General Meeting of Shareholders. On this website, Groningen Seaports presents its plans based on its mission, vision, and ambition for the coming years, and the associated use of resources.
Port vision
A vision that is in harmony with the living environment and that was developed during good consultations with all the stakeholders. In other words, we completed an intensive process that produced the Port vision 2030. ‘Economic Growth = Green!’ is the motto of the vision, which provides direction for the growth strategy up to 2030; realising economic growth in combination with the ambition to achieve this in a sustainable manner.
