Julianahaven

Julianahaven is 1,200 metres long with a width of 200 to 250 metres, and a depth of 11.1-13.1 metres compared to LAT and a quay length of 2,300 metres. The storage and transshipment of wide range of goods takes place around this harbour basin.

It stands out because of the logistics handling for a range of offshore wind projects. It is also the place where gigantic cruise ships from the Meyer Werft in Papenburg are finished regularly. In the middle of the harbour, there is an oil jetty, there is a biofuel producer, a malt factory, a cement terminal, whilst a number of logistics services providers also operate in and around Julianahaven.
