Wilhelminahaven

Wilhelminahaven is 1,200 metres long with a width of 275 to 300 metres, and a depth of 13.3-15.5 metres compared to LAT and a quay length of 1,250 metres. The harbour basin is mainly set up for logistics handling of raw materials for energy generation, such as coal, biomass, plaster, fly ash, and liquid natural gas.

The south quay is 450 metres and is used for unloading coal vessels. To the south of this harbour basin, there is also a public loading and unloading facility for inland vessels. Under special conditions, seagoing vessels can also use this facility. The north quay of 525 metres is fully used by a floating LNG terminal and to the east side, there is transshipment of plaster, fly ash, and biomass.
